At EnzoHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear refund process as outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
- You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to process a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.
Refund Process
- Contact us at support@enzohub.com to initiate a refund request.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@enzohub.com.
